Requesting a refund
After your exam date, send us your exam score at [email protected], or open a conversation from the chat on the platform.
Use the email linked to your account.
From there we process your refund, no further questions asked. Your honest take is what helps us make PingMyNetwork better, lesson after lesson.
Once confirmed, your refund goes straight back to your original payment method. From there, your bank usually takes a few business days to get it.
