Requesting a refund

Once confirmed, your refund goes straight back to your original payment method. From there, your bank usually takes a few business days to get it.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account settings under Billing. You will retain full access to all labs and lessons until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
