Localized Pricing

Written by Dorian

PingMyNetwork uses local pricing. We adjust the price based on your country so that the cost of learning reflects local purchasing power. The same content, priced fairly for where you are.

How your country is detected

Your price is set automatically from your location when you visit the Pricing page. You do not need to do anything, the right price shows up on its own.

Seeing a higher price than expected?

The most common reason is a VPN.

When a VPN is active, we cannot reliably detect where you actually are. To keep pricing fair and prevent misuse, we default to our standard price whenever a VPN is detected, even if your real country would qualify for a lower one.

The fix is simple. Turn off your VPN, refresh the Pricing page, and your local price will apply.

Still not right?

If you have no VPN running and the price still looks high, reach out at [email protected] or open a discussion from the chat. Let us know your country and what you are seeing, and we will make it right.
