No Extra Cost: Creating an Organization or Manager account is 100% free.
Full Allocation to Learners: If you purchase 5 seats, all 5 seats are allocated directly to your network engineers, IT staff, or students.
2. Understanding Roles & Permissions
Your organization hub supports two distinct roles:
Manager / Admin:
Has full access to the Manager Dashboard.
Can invite, assign, reassign, or remove learner licenses.
Downloads billing invoices and manages payment details.
Does not have access to course materials or interactive CLI labs unless assigned a learner seat.
Member / Learner:
Has full access to all CCNA and CCNP training paths, interactive browser-based CLI labs, scenarios, and flashcards.
Tracks individual progress and skill achievements.
3. Can a Manager also be a Learner?
Yes. If an admin also wants to complete labs and courses, simply assign one of your purchased seats to the manager’s account from the Team Management tab.
